OK, so I sang on this one for BLT. Sue me. I happen to think it's one of the best songs he's done. Paco's on here too, on guitar.

"Everybody Calm Down" is a song about phobias and how we keep them in check. Everybody fears something and this particular song is relating to my fear of flying and being locked up in a small space with no way out. It's not so much the flying part that bothers me, it's more the whole crashing thing. Anyone have any Valium?
